Hi
With the latest update, now the menu bar suddenly made a dynamic change. Did not see it right away because of cache issues.
It kicked out Home as a parent in the menubar, and replaced it with the entry title so the entry title and the parent in the menu bar are the same.my website is msinterim dot se . Unfortunately i don’t have the time to experiment, and would be most grateful if you could let me know quickly how to change it back. So i have Home as a parent on the menu bar, and the entry title separately on a static welcome page.
Thanks
The black menu bar solved itself, so it must have been a cache issue. The site looks the same on all browsers.
The only thing i am wondering about, if you surf to the web address i have written, is that the border lines (framing) of the website vanished with the update. The graphics and fonts give all somewhat an improved impression, but the border is missing. I am still contemplating if i should leave it like that.Hi
Are you guys on vacation or are support requests restricted / ignored until you come out with the new fix it patch for the problems that the official update created?
I know you warned the community to use or test BETA update as it might cause problems. However, regarding an official update, i didn’t expect it would cause problems and that everything would be handled seamlessly.A reply in which direction we are moving would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi
I run the site msinterim (dot) se and installed an update. The black menu cross bar did not resize properly after update. How can i change that?
Thanks for helpActually, i checked some more with other web browsers. In all other browsers i have no problem with the rendering of the black menu bar. It has the right size. Hower with the update, i noted the entire outer “box line” disappeared and some headline fonts changed. I can live with it, but was that on purpose? If it want to change it back, what do i need to do?
So the only problem i have is with the rendering of the black menu bar in Google chrome. Google Chrome is up to date.
Any hints on how to fix it?

No probably not. Its just to understand SEO thinking and why googles engines react the way they react, which must be because I am running it as a business platform instead of a blog. So i have to expect “false” notifications. Maybe in the future there will be way around it as well with future updates?Hi
I have read those links you are recommending about microformat and w3.org but since I don’t have a background in coding, it makes little sense to me.What i need to know is the following.
Google has to started to index my webbpage, and according to the different functions on google webbmaster tool, i do get different results.
What i need to know regarding the function structured data / hatom, is marking 7 objects (i have 7 pages) with faults. Mainly its saying that each page is missing Author and the function “updated”. Each page has been written by Admin. Do i need to care about this, and will it influence SEO performance?
Thanks
Hi
These are the plugins i have installed. Not sure if some of them can cause the faults. However, if you have a diagnosis, please let me know what kind of changes i need to make, since the code does not help me much. Do i need to add certain lines of code, or switch off a button? Good job. Thanks. Problem solved. Gradually, its becoming an expert minimalistic website.
This is also an idea i would like to send to you guys. The market does not have enough minimalistic templates, which can be style variants of the start up template for knowledge intensive companies who just according to a “google model” want to display information in a condensed but professional manner. In case you guys want to expand. with new ideasHello
BTW this the source code that bing webmaster tools is objecting to. Several h1 tags, were i don’t know how to remove them, since the programme automatically puts it there.<header class=”header”>
<h1 class=”entry-title”>Company Presentation</h1> </header>
<section class=”entry-content”>
<h1>Welcome to MSInterim – We can help you!</h1>Hello
I am using the Bing webmaster tools SEO analyzer. The analyzer signasl that the Welcome heading has multiple (2) h1 tags, which i cannot remove. I checked the impressum page. Actually, SEO analyzer tells me i have 3 h1 tags and one robot meta tag on this page. Is there a way how i can solve the tag issue? Thanks
Hi
Requested link is: [link removed]Its not only the about page, but also every other page were i wish to make changes:. For example my Menu button is called Home, if you press on it shows the page Company presentation. The header Company Presentation is necessary because each page has to be named. However, i am quite happy if I can remove the name Company presentation from the Page header, and only display relevant text body. If i remove the page header Company Presentation and only display text, then you will see
an arrow —–) instead of the page header. This is just another example regarding the interrelationship between menu attribute and page header, were i wish to manipulate / customize the page header without showing an annoying arrow. Thanks
Another issue i have has to do with the relationship between the menu tab and the page header.
If for example i press About on the menu tab, i also get About as a header when i present my Copy material.
Any tips on how to change the interrelationship between the header on the menu tap and the header on the running text? Or is it part of the WordPress functionality?
Thanks
MarkFollow up question. BTW. Regarding Fonts and the way how to read the site. How responsive is the site StartUp Pro Child for mobile devices?
ThanksHi
Thanks for your answerRegarding the stylesheet etc, i need more structured step by step dummy instructions regarding this, otherwise i will make mistakes in pasting it wrong (were to go (editor? or down below in Startup Pro options), how and were to paste exactly etc).
But i got the first part right regarding the Google Font options.
Google Font 1 i pasted
h1 { font: 400 70px/1.2 \’Sansita one\’, Georgia, serif; }
Google Font 2 i pasted
h1 { font: 400 60px/1.3 \’Bree Serif\’, Georgia, serif; }If these 2 fonts, that i took from another website are not written in a correct way and wrong, please let me know.
I wanted to have Verdana or Georgia, but apparently these are Fonts that are supported by Google, unless Startupro supports them?
This is the first part
Second part of your question
Actually, regarding the entire website, regarding all font letters concerning heading and text i want to change it to ONE easy to read Font which should be Verdana, Georgia or similar Font that i pasted in the Google Font section. I want the site to be minimalistic, so that the visitor concentrates on content!
But what i understood is that the WordPress site does not change or format to a new Font automatically? I have to recopy the entire text on each Page via the WordPress editor with the new? Font installed.
Finally, what is your own professional impression about the current Font on the site? What do you think? Is it easy to read, or would i indeed benefit of changing the Font?
Thank you
