    Hello,

    Last week i have send a message to you to know if StartupWP works in French, and you said it’s ok

    I have buy StartupWP today and all the option is in english. My english is too bad and impossible to configure my website with your system !

    I want a refund, i have found another french template.

    Yes, as previously answered, Startup is indeed fully translation-ready and can be easily translated into any language:

    Theme is in French : Right

    But all the StartupWP admin page is in english, and it’s impossible for me to works with my limited english (i translate with google for the forum).

    I have found an other theme with french admin since my last message,

    I’d like a refund if it’s possible ?

    I purchased software that would not install or work … Perhaps, it has something to do with the new WordPress… However, I want a refund… I do not want to pay for an item that does not work for me…I have never done business with this company before, I am certain some of your software is awesome … However, this particular one does not work for me…

    P.S. I think it has something to do with start up pro thing… Furthermore, yesterday I could not access the website for assistance…
