Using pro version
– Yes I’ve at least tried step 3… My site is showing 500 Internal Error
– Using the current version of WP
– Please share what operating system, browser and what their corresponding versions are, that you’re using – Mac OS 7.0.6 Safari
– Please share any details that may be needed in order to recreate the issue for our review – PHP 5.2 is no longer available… Excepted updates was 5.4 and 5.5… when Loading either of the PHP updates, I get the following for my website:
My Host site says this is a PHP Script issue. Please advise if you can.

Is both WordPress and theme up-to-date?
Do you have access to your site via FTP? You may want to backup and then delete all the plugins in the plugin folder.
Have you contacted your host’s support yet? You may want to get a ticket open with them while we troubleshoot on this end.December 20, 2014 at 12:38 PM #2010
