I do not think this theme is going to work for me and I would like a refund. I purchased it because it states you do not need to know code but that us not really true. While you state you have the documentation it really isn’t clear enough for a WP Newb with zero coding experience to make use of. You have a great program but in all honesty it is not novice friendly – at all. I have fumbled, stumbled and come to my wits end and feel I am not adept enough to make it work for me. I think I am going to go to weebly – its so easy even a dummy like me can use it hehe

That’s correct, you do not need to understand code at all if you do not wish to.

We’ve written the code for you, you need only copy and paste that code under Appearance > StartupPro Options > Custom CSS and Save, nothing more.
If you have a follow up question there or on other requests, please let us know.
Otherwise, please confirm that you still wish for a refund.
I have reviewed your documentation but all it does is leave me confused. The user really needs to have some basic understanding of coding and be able to see the logic of the rows, tables and shortcodes. Also I cannot get the left and right side bars to appear despite toggling them in the attributes page. This whole thing makes my head swim.
