    If the text instructions of how to install a theme are not working for you, perhaps visual instructions will help:

    (Start it at about 4:15 to get the quick details pertinent to you, unless you’d like to watch the whole video to educate yourself a bit more on installing themes in general.)

    Thank you for your response but, the video you posted does not help me one bit. This is what I get when I do exactly what your instruction as well as the video’s instructions provided. See below
    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
    Theme install failed.

    This seems to me to be an issue with the actual file and not me uploading. It may be helpful to many who come across this issue if you are to create a video addressing these issues on your product and not someone else’s product.theme. Just a suggestion.

    Are you actually unzipping your download package first on your desktop, as specifically described here (even giving the example of the error you’ll receive if not doing it properly):

    In order to get to startuppro.zip – the file you need to install, not the whole package that you downloaded.

    No one else has ever had this problem, there might be something wrong with your WP install. If for some reason, you’re still unable to install, would you let us contact you by email to get your login and install the theme for you?

    Email sent with the subject “Theme Install”. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.

    Installed, but please note that it is not yet activated.

    Just in case you weren’t ready, need to backup or make other preparations first, we didn’t want to activate it for you.

    You’ll now find StartupPro under Appearance > Themes where you can activate it when ready.

    We’ll be here in the forums if you need further help.
