Have you made any recent changes that coincided with this error, new plugins, customizations, updates, moved to a new host, anything of that nature?

No changes that I can recall, other than normal WP updates. Haven’t fiddled with the page design or apps in some time.
Ah, it looks like you’re on a very out-dated version of StartupPro, 1.1.1, where the newest version is 2.5.3:
