I have found that StartupWpPro is not what I am looking for. I was looking for something to help me make a eCommerce site. I have to install extra plug-in’s in order to get what I want and if I am going to do that, I might as well stick to something that offers a ecommerce package along with matching plugins that work together.
I was really excited about using your package, but it does not fit my needs. You offer a great package at great prices, it just does not fit into what I am looking for. Thank you very much for the opportunity of using your package. If my needs change in the future, I will definitely keep you folks in mind. If I had the money, I would keep the package and not worry about it. I am only asking for a refund, because I am on a budget.

I am using WooCommerce. I am doing pretty well with it, considering I am new to website building. I really like your package, but what I need is something for eCommerce.
My husband and I have decided that since I own 3 domains, I am better off keeping my StartupWPPro. We decided it was a good investment & I will end up using the package on a different domain anyways.
