I am not satisfied with Startuppro, purchased today 3/12/2014, and I wish to have my purchase cost refunded. It was stated on your documentation that you would refund if it was requested within 60 days…
I have had to jump through so many hoops, just in order to be viewed by whom-ever you have provided for reading support issue from this forum to make this request… I mean really… ! I have to post on a forum to receive some timely support response from you folks… That is obviously a means to avoid providing proper support and contact information to the customers purchasing the WP product your selling, at the very least, and perhaps a way to stall or forgo providing them the refund your promising as a purchase incentive. Now please, simply refund to me, the money I’ve spent on your product, I do not want or need advice, nor theme support…

You bought the theme, decided it would not suit your needs and were immediately refunded all in the same day, that’s how easy, friendly and honorable our refund policy is.
As for no email support, that falls in line with our entire company concept. Keeping things very simple, straightforward and transparent. Keeping support open and public helps the whole community grow and learn together and is less fragmented.
