    I upgraded from free to pro on 11/19/13. Received an error message. Moved on, too busy at the time to chase someone down like I am having to do now to. My bank statement shows I was charged for it, would like to get a download/access asap.
    Your forum has very few live boxes to post on the correct subject area. This subject area was as close as I could get. Thanks.
