Make sure to set your menu custom:
Thank you for your response. The video you link you referred me does not pertain to my issue. I am aware how to make custom menus. The issue is I know longer can make custom menus because all of the things that the instructional video speaks to, no longer are working. I thought it maybe a plugin issue but, I removed them and the issue still remains.
It’s likely not theme-related either, unless you’ve made any customizations that may have broken something?
It sounds like either the WordPress install is out-dated or has become corrupt.
Please check under Dashboard > Updates in your WP admin and make sure everything is up-to-date.
Even if WordPress is up-to-date, go ahead and click “Re-install Now”.
