First off I apologize if I am not posting question in the right area…
I am replacing my current website with the Startup Pro wordpress theme. I had my webhost provider set up a newsite file so that I could install the theme and customize prior to replacing current site. Everything seemed fine until the webhost provider pointed to the newsite. We received the following error:
PHP Warning: copy(/hermes/bosweb/web039/b687/ipw.lazarlengo/public_html/newsite/wp-content/upgrade/jetpack.tmp/jetpack/_inc/lib/markdown/gfm.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hermes/bosweb/web039/b687/ipw.lazarlengo/public_html/newsite/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 217
My provider thought it might have something to do with jetpack plugin. However that plugin is not activated for the theme. Could you please help me with further troubleshooting. Thank you.
Indeed, it looks like an error/conflict with the JetPack plugin, definitely not theme related in any case.
But, we always do our best to help our customers for all things related to running an online business regardless of whether it’s directly related to our products.
In this case, the only suggestion we have is to make sure that everything is up-to-date, especially WordPress.
Other than that, (and we hate to give you the run-around), your best bet is to post this issue here (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack) to get the actual developers eye’s on the issue.

Thank you so much for your quick response and willingness to provide further troubleshooting even though this was NOT a theme related issue. I did visit the wordpress.org site and found a similar issue. My site is up and running!
And by the way, I this theme is great! It’s easy to use and very customizable. I’m thankful that I found it!
