StartupWP
KeymasterThis is because you do not have the pro version activated. In fact, you’re on an out-dated version of the free version of Startup.
If you just recently purchased the pro version, keep in mind that it doesn’t automatically upgrade your free version to pro. You have to download and install the pro version like a separate theme:

There’s arguments for and against a paywall structure like that that would allow for auto-upgrading to pro, but this is currently against the wordpress.org theme guidelines.

ParticipantI have purchased and installed the pro version of Startup. And I’m using it successfully on http://www.2008newellcoach1237.com.
My problem is with a 2nd domain http://www.2008newellcoachforsale.com. The pro version as an available theme.
When I search for the pro version it takes me to the site to purchase it again.July 25, 2015 at 10:50 AM #2365del1333
ParticipantWith your help the problem is solved.
1st I logged out of wp-admin for my original domain which was using the Startup Pro theme.
Then I uploaded the Startup Pro theme while logged into my 2nd domain. It installed and activated successfully.
Thanks for your help.July 25, 2015 at 7:51 PM #2369StartupWP
